Cold room is composed of room body, refrigeration unit, evaporator, electric control box, expansion valve, copper pipe, wire, refrigerant and other related necessary materials.
Classify cold room by temperature: High temperatre cold room
(0~+10ºC): for storage of fruit and vegetable;
Medium temperature cold room
(-10~-5ºC): for storage of food after freezing;
Low temperature cold room
(-20~-10ºC): for storage of aquatic products, meats after freezing;
Freezing cold rom
(below -25ºC): for blast freezing products before storage.
